Take in a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and fibre, a little bit of dairy and meat. Minerals and nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, iron, calcium, and vitamins C, K, and E are all essential to a healthy body and mind.
Water helps to hydrate your body and detoxify it. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
Lacking sleep will limit your body’s production of hormones and enzymes. That results in premature aging and low energy. So get less wrinkles and feel more energetic in one fell swoop by taking a few extra zzz’s!
Exercise enables you to strengthen your body and look fit. Even if you have a desk job, getting up from time to time to walk around the office will boost your blood flow and creativity.
Be totally invested in your life right now – don’t look to the past or worry too much about the future. More easily said than done, we know, but at least take some time to appreciate just how far you’ve come.
The ability to feel young and creative fuels your happiness. So roll around in the grass if you want to – we dare you!
